Come create the “The Ripple Effect” that was this year’s IPNRHD pattern! In this step by step workshop, students will develop a basic understanding of making a punch needle mug rug. Students will learn Oxford Punch Needle techniques and finishing methods using a #10 OPN & #13 OPN.
