Paint Mix-Up! Watercolor and Acrylic Trees with Kas Rohm: $75 (includes $15 materials)

The properties of acrylic and watercolor mean that, like oil and water, they don’t mix. But that’s what makes this painting workshop so interesting. The transparency of watercolor means we frequently work from background to foreground, but in this workshop, we’ll first paint a beautiful foreground tree with all its details using matte acrylics. Because the base of acrylic is a polymer, we can then paint over our tree with watercolor to create our background. Mats will be provided to render our mixed media painting ready for framing.
