Event Type

Bring your family and friends for an evening burning your own western style hat! Wildly popular for festivals, concerts, hiking, and photo shoots — burned hats are a fun way to make a statement. Students will use pyrography pens to burn fun designs into a project of their choice: a Western style hat OR suede baseball cap.

While this is a freehand activity, no luck or talent is required. Kristina from K. L. Kriss Studio will show you how to just have fun, embrace your mistakes, and make a hat you can’t wait to wear out. Simple designs will be shared as examples and embellishments will be provided.
