An Americana country duo from Nashville, Late Bloomers blend crisp vocal harmonies and witty songwriting, with Jerome on acoustic guitar and Allie on electric bass. Jerome has been a touring lead guitarist for multiple acts and actively collaborates in Nashville’s country and bluegrass songwriting circles. His single “Bought The Van” was awarded the Golden Pick by the famed Bluebird Cafe and Taylor Guitars in 2024. Allie’s song “Groundhog Day” received an honorable mention in the 2024 Nashville Songwriters Association International Song Contest and her song “Better Homes & Gardens” took the top prize for 2025. She was runner-up in Center Stage Magazine’s first annual Indie Country Showdown in 2024, and with an honest voice in the style of Americana greats like Dolly Parton, Patty Griffin, and Emmylou Harris, she connects with audiences of all shapes and sizes. The Bloomers’ bluegrass-inspired debut single, “Bigger Fish” is a reminder to us all that we “only have so many damns in a day to give,” so perhaps we ought to choose wisely. Their second single, “Look At Her,” recorded in one take at The Blueroom Studios in Nashville, showcases their songwriting with stripped down instrumentation. Learn more about the Late Boomers.
