Sculpt a Bird Sun-Catcher with Clay by Hillary

Calling all bird enthusiasts! Learn how to sculpt a backyard bird sun-catcher with Hillary of Clay by Hillary. Students will learn how to create a polymer clay bird charm from start to finish. This includes learning how to condition and sculpt the clay, as well as adding texture and details with liquid clay. While the birds and their eggs are baking, students will assemble their sun catchers using stainless steel chain and crystal beads. There is also the option to add a wooden bead as a vessel for essential oils. Pieces will be ready to take home at the end of the class, and will go great on rear view mirrors and windows!

Ages 12+. We will be sculpting and painting tiny details that may be difficult for some.
