
Chef Jerry Edwards of The Manor Tavern and Chef’s Expressions will be demonstrating and serving a three-course meal using locally grown produce and locally sourced Seafood.
Special items will include his Maryland Corn Salad with Cherokee Purple Tomatoes as well as his Summertime Crab Cakes with Basil Mayo.
This will be a cooking demonstration, and you will be receiving a portion of each dish to taste accompanied with wine pairings. You will go home with a printout of recipes.
