Playing professionally since her early teens, Talbot Mayo is no stranger to the stage. Praised for her “peerless” voice, (drawing comparisons to Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Sierra Ferrell), she delivers memorable performances night in and night out. As a songwriter, Talbot weaves together a variety of genres and sounds to create something unique but familiar. Rooted in old-time bluegrass and country standards, Talbot’s music also draws influence from honky-tonk and modern alternative rock. Lyrically she highlights mundane chores, folk lore, heartache, the family farm, and anything else that catches her eye. 

The Band features some of the region’s most talented musicians, including Talbot’s dad, Bill Mayo (bass, vocals), Dave Rich (drums), and Lucas Chohany (Guitar, Mandolin, vocals).
