Are you ready to feel more free? Come to this live music yoga experience centered in yoga-meditation, embodied joy, and expressive movement. Adam and Stephanie play off of one another and the students’ energy in a big expression of love. It’s quite possible you may experience a great heart-opening and abundant connection. Come as you are, whatever your yoga level, and engage in the yoga practice in a way that feels safe and appropriate for you. Stephanie will offer necessary modifications and give opportunities to meditate in lieu of harder sequences of poses. Any level yoga experience welcome.

Bios:
Stephanie Snyder is a yoga teacher of nineteen years, and forever student of the embodied arts. She offers an evocative one-of-a-kind yoga class that takes you safely into your body, deep into your heart, and that effortlessly expands your Spirit, or authentic self. Stephanie is attuned to her students’ energy, so that class is carefully co-created, everyone is well cared-for, and an expansive love is present. Expect spirit alchemy to be stirred, and to leave feeling empowered. Her intention is that yoga will change you for the better, and that this shift will ripple out into your families, neighborhoods, communities so that the world can change with you. Stephanie encourages you to look at your edges, and consider your transformation through yoga as radical activism in these times of Kali (end of disillusionment, chaos, confusion, darkness) yuga.

Adam Kandel is a multi-instrumentalist based on the US East Coast. His original music is inspired by devotional mantra chanting and sacred medicine prayer. He has been performing in ceremonies, festivals and well-known venues for over twenty years. It is with great honor, purpose and intention that Adam shares his gifts in various musical settings as an act of service, to help uplift and inspire awakening and expansion in those who participate and receive his transmissions. He carries the deep medicine of love in his heart and embodies divine expression in his prayer and song.
