Description: Join Morgan Herum and Steve Lannon for a calming 2-hour workshop designed to help you harness the power of your subconscious mind to reduce stress and ease anxiety through hypnosis.
In this experiential session, you’ll learn what hypnosis really is, how your subconscious shapes stress responses, and how to use a simple, step-by-step self-hypnosis method to quiet racing thoughts and create a sense of inner balance. You’ll experience a guided hypnotic session to promote deep relaxation and reinforce techniques for staying calm, centered, and present in daily life.
This workshop is perfect for anyone seeking a natural, empowering approach to managing stress and anxiety—whether you feel overwhelmed, tense, or simply want to deepen your resilience. You’ll leave with a practical skill you can use anytime to relax your body, calm your mind, and tap into your natural ability to restore peace within yourself. If you’re ready to feel lighter, more grounded, and more in control, this workshop is for you.
Open to ages 12+ (Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult—you do not need to take the class, but you must remain on the property for the duration of the workshop; no dropping off minors, please!).
Chairs are provided. Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket if you would like to lay down on the floor for the hypnosis portion.
