Find Your Inner Bliss – Gentle Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga with Jennifer at The Manor Mill

Unwind and Heal with Therapeutic Yoga Specialist, Jennifer Misterka.
Join us Tuesday evenings at the historic Manor Mill for a profound 90-minute practice dedicated to releasing tension, fostering deep relaxation, and supporting self-healing.

Class Details:
* When: Select Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8 PM
* Where: The Manor Mill
* Instructor: Jennifer Misterka (Yoga Specialist & 500RYT)
* Arrive: 10 minutes early to settle in. Enter at the Red/Orange door on the side of the Mill facing the house.

What to Bring:
Your own Yoga mat, water bottle. Optional items include comfort objects and a journal if desired.

Items Provided:
Blocks, straps, bolsters, and cozy blankets are supplied for use in all parts of the class! Classes also include optional organic essential oils for aromatherapy as well as specially curated stones and crystals to support your practice.

What to Expect:

The Three-Part Therapeutic Practice:
Led by Yoga Specialist, Jennifer Misterka, this unique sequence utilizes mindful movement and stillness to support your entire system:

Gentle Flow: Slow, compassionate movements synchronized with the breath to release physical tension and warm the body.

Yin Yoga: Longer, passive holds targeting the body’s deep connective tissues (fascia). This intentional practice is known for “releasing the issues from the tissues,” promoting deep emotional and physical freedom, and improving joint mobility.

Restorative Yoga: Fully supported poses that invite the nervous system into a state of profound rest, healing, and deep calm.

Accessibility and Specialized Support:
This practice is suitable for all levels of expertise, body types, and abilities. We use props throughout the entire class to ensure comfort and proper support in every pose.

Your Personalized Care: Jennifer is committed to your safety and comfort. As a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, she specializes in adapting the practice to individual needs. If you have any injuries or specific concerns, please feel welcome to speak with Jennifer privately before class. Poses will be modified for your unique situation.
