Seasonal Qigong Flow: Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is an ancient Chinese mind-body-spirit practice that combines gentle movement, meditation, and breath to promote optimum health and wellness. It has also been referred to as “energy yoga”. Qigong isn’t your average workout. This is a space for deep transformation and healing. When you practice qigong, you’re practicing self-love and learning to heal yourself (truly from the inside out).

Qigong flows are created to aid seasonal healing according to the Five Elements Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine. For example, in winter, we focus more on kidney and urinary bladder health, releasing fear and insecurity, boosting wisdom and confidence, and so on.
