- Guided meditation to center and ground us
- Metta/Loving Kindness practice to send healing, love and safety to all beings who are in need
- Chakra balancing to identify where we might need a bit of extra care, gentleness, and attention
- Yoga Nidra to help us attain a deep state of awareness, where we can find connections to others in our universe
- Walking meditation to slow us down, affix us to the earth, and create deep mindfulness in movement
No experience is necessary. I will gently guide you through all the practices. We will be in noble silence (no small talk!) throughout the day, at lunch and tea time. There will be space to be heard, but not in conversation. You don’t need to put any effort into the day. Just show up and let me guide you based on my over 35 years of personal meditation practice and teaching.
